The complete redevelopment of the building located above St Pauls station and within 100m of the world famous St Pauls Cathedral. The project involved extensive structural works to include remodelling of the structural cores to improve the building efficiency and the removal and replacement of perimeter of the external slabs to facilitate the new facades.

Once complete the building will provide 4,250ft² of retail space on the Ground Floor and 39,550ft² of office area with a feature ‘wintergarden’ located on the 7th floor overlooking St Pauls Cathedral.
