The site is located on the corner of Bishopsgate and Liverpool Street in the City of London. The project incorporates 5 separate plots surrounding White Hart Court. The existing facades to Bishopsgate will be retained as the demolition of all the 5 buildings takes place.
The project is highly complex due to the close proximity to Liverpool Street station and surrounding buildings. The Project will provide 12,500ft² of Retail space at Basement and Ground floor levels with 52,700ft² of office space fitted out to CAT A on the 1st -8th floors.
The scheme is due for completion in late 2016.
