  Webster Charles were appointed for full development Management QS, PM and EA services for this 64 unit student accommodation scheme located in Tottenham. The existing site was an unused nightclub and the client approached Webster Charles with the brief for the development of the site for residential apartments. Following several appraisals options we demonstrated that student accommodation maximised both rental income the value of the site. Due to a local heritage listing the façade was retained, a new basement created for amenities and 4 storeys above ground to create this boutique student accommodation scheme.
