As part of the award winning Parkgate Heritage Collection by Banda, Webster Charles were appointed as Quantity Surveyors to complete the final stage of this development by converting the Ground floor Commercial units into 2 lateral apartments. The fit out of the apartments included sourcing materials, products and artwork with significant values so Webster Charles ensured that the procurement route chosen was able to facilitate this.
There was extensive Audio Visual and lighting requirements that involved considerable amounts of detailed design and cost checking. The scheme was completed in the middle of 2015 and looks set to break the record sales values for Battersea that were already achieved from the sale of the upper units.
